We added the new registered voters prior to 7/21 AND the voters who changed from an Inactive status in last month's release to Active status this month (only if they did not already vote in the 8/18 election).

To make it easy for campaigns to select these new potential voters, we have added them to Targeting on the Group/Tag Criteria page under the "Premium Tags" tab. The tag name is "JulyNewRegAndActive". The statewide count of 68,427 is shown so your district will return a relatively smaller amount.
